Not Happy with this place will rate 0/10 and their bad customer service. They care only about getting as much as they can from you and your insurance. I don’t recommend this place.
I came in a few months ago with pain in my wisdom teeth, and they took an X-ray. At the time, there was a new technician who spent an hour and a half trying to get the X-ray, which was very stressful. When I started complaining, I was told they were busy and sent in another technician. The second technician was much more professional and was able to complete the X-ray in just a few minutes.
Afterward, the dentist came in and recommended removing the wisdom teeth, which would require an oral surgeon. They said they would forward the X-ray to the surgeon for review and promised to get back to me by Monday. Since I was there on Friday, I waited until Tuesday, then called in. I was told they were still waiting for a response from the surgeon. I waited for months and heard nothing back from the office.
Finally, I called again yesterday, and was told the person responsible would call me back after lunch. No one bothered to call. However, as soon as I posted this review on Google, I received a quick response. It seems they only care about their reviews and not about their customers.
Additionally, when I was there, all they seemed interested in was offering braces, without addressing the issue I initially came in for—my painful wisdom teeth. Very disappointing experience.
